Hyoung Zoo Ha

Dr. Hyoung Zoo Ha is the President of the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation (KSPO) and a 1984 Olympic Judo Champion. With a distinguished academic career as a Professor Emeritus at Dong-A University,  he has dedicated his life to advancing Olympic values and sport science. As the leader of KSPO, which preserves the legacy of the 1988 Seoul Olympics, he drives initiatives like the ‘National Fitness Awards 100’ and ‘Sport ESG Alliance’ to promote public health and sustainability. He is committed to contributing his expertise to the Union to foster global cooperation and build healthier, inclusive cities through sport.
