At the heart of Lausanne, home of international sport, the smartcities & sport summit will unlock the social power of sport. “Move to Impact” is an invitation to grasp the potential of sport to break down social barriers, build bridges between communities, and transform societies and cities.

19:30 – 22:00 Gala dinner (Tuesday 17 November)

Wednesday 18 November pm: transfer to the Olympic Legacy Trip host city (more information to come)

Practical Information

For Active Members, the Union is pleased to cover the registration fees for the 5 days including conferences, on-site visits, social events, as well as the accommodation costs from 15 to 18 November in Lausanne, and from 18 to 20 November in the Olympic Legacy Trip’s host city for up to two representatives per Member City. Travel is at the participant’s expense. 

For Affiliate Members, the Union is pleased to cover the registration fees for the 3 days in Lausanne including conferences, on-site visits, social events, to one representative of each National Olympic Committee and each Olympic legacy stakeholder affiliated to the Union.  The Olympic Legacy Trip is accessible according to availability for an additional fee of CHF 590 per person. Travel and accommodation are at the participant’s expense.
