On 25 and 26 January, Lausanne celebrated the 5th anniversary of the Winter Youth Olympic Games. An open, fun and festive celebration programme took place at the Vaudoise Arena Ice Rink.

This was an opportunity to relive the magic of the Games, a unique event which brought together 1,800 athletes and 640,000 spectators. Such celebrations are also an occasion to take stock of the Games’ impact and to reactivate the rich tangible and intangible legacy generated in 2020.  To learn more about the Lausanne 2020 legacy, click here!
