Paris 2024 + 1

June 2025

One year after welcoming the whole world, Paris, France and its territories are celebrating the living memory of the Games and the Olympic and Paralympic values.

The programme for this anniversary is proposed by the CNOSF, in conjunction with the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the French Paralympic and Sports Committee (CPSF), the French government and the sports federations, and in coordination with all those involved in ensuring the success of the Paris 2024 Games: the City of Paris, the Ile-de-France Region, the Département de la Seine-Saint-Denis, the Métropole du Grand Paris, local authorities and host cities, and Olympic and Paralympic partners. Conceived as a popular, unifying and legacy-building celebration, this anniversary season, running from 8 May to 31 December 2025, will be punctuated by sporting, cultural and ceremonial highlights. With Olympic venues such as the Olympic Aquatic Centre and the Colline d’Elancourt open to the public, swimming in the River Seine and the return of the Cauldron to the Jardin des Tuileries, the festivities have already begun and Paris is back in Olympic colours.
